Terms and Conditions for TEOL Training:
These terms and conditions govern your participation in the TEOL Training provided by Roeya Institute. By registering and participating in the Training, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Registration and Payment:
1.1 To register for the Training, you must complete the registration process and pay the fee in full.
1.2 The fee for the Training is non-refundable.
1.3 The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Training at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund of the fee.
Participation:
2.1 The Training will be conducted in English and you must have a good understanding of the language to participate.
2.2 You are responsible for ensuring that your computer or other device meets the technical requirements for the Training.
2.3 You must participate in the Training using your own computer or other device. You may not share your login information or allow others to access the Training materials.
2.4 You must behave in a professional and respectful manner towards the other participants and the trainers.
Intellectual Property:
3.1 The Training materials and all intellectual property rights in them are owned by the Company.
3.2 You may use the Training materials solely for your own personal use. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the Training materials or use them for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of the Company.
Confidentiality:
4.1 You must keep all information disclosed during the Training, including the Training materials, confidential and not disclose it to any third party.
Liability:
5.1 The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of your participation in the Training, including any direct, indirect or consequential damages.
5.2 The Company will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Governing Law:
6.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is located.
Termination:
7.1 The Company reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Training at any time if you breach these Terms or if your behavior is deemed disruptive or inappropriate.
7.2 If your participation is terminated under clause 8.1, you will not be entitled to a refund of the fee.
Disclaimer:
8.1 The Training is provided on an “as is” basis and the Company makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, about the Training, including but not limited to the accuracy, completeness or suitability of the Training materials.
8.2 The Company does not guarantee that you will achieve any particular results or outcome from your participation in the Training.
Feedback and Testimonials:
9.1 The Company may request feedback from you regarding the Training.
9.2 The Company may use any feedback or testimonials provided by you for promotional purposes, including on its website and social media channels.
Indemnity:
10.1 You agree to indemnify and hold the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or your participation in the Training.
Privacy:
11.1 The Company will collect, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.
11.2 By registering for the Training, you consent to the Company’s collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.
Severability:
12.1 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.1 The failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

19.2 Your continued participation in the Training after such changes shall constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.
By registering for and participating in the TEOL Training, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
