Job Description:

We are seeking an administrative assistant to provide support. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

-Greet and welcome visitors and students, answer phone calls and emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or staff member.
-Assist in organizing and coordinating events, workshops, and meetings.
-Maintain and update student records, attendance, and progress reports
-Process student enrollment and registration, collect tuition fees, and prepare invoices
-Manage inventory and ordering of office supplies and teaching materials.
-Provide administrative support to instructors and staff, including scheduling appointments and meetings
-Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in English studies (preferred).
-1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
-Customer-focused attitude and positive demeanor.
